Dr. Barry Sandler is a board-certified emergency physician with 25 years of experience at a large urban trauma center in Denver. As an osteopathic physician, his roots and philosophy lie in a bio-psycho-social approach to disease reversal and prevention. Since transitioning to healthspan and longevity medicine, he is dedicated to advancing healthspan through a root-cause and evidence-based approach to patient care. With additional board certification in metabolic and anti-aging medicine, Dr. Sandler integrates cutting-edge science with personalized care to optimize longevity, metabolic health, and overall well-being. He is passionate about proactive and preventive strategies that focus on identifying the underlying drivers of aging and reversing chronic disease. Dr. Sandler received training at Michigan State University and completed his residency in emergency medicine in Detroit. He came to Colorado in 1999 to ski and never left. He loves skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and off-road adventure motorcycling with his wife and two adult children.
