Dr. Dando received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. After a fifteen year career as a board-certified Internist, Dr. Dando began training in venous disease at The Circulatory Center in Pittsburgh and Hogue Vein Institute in Minneapolis and Fargo, ND.

 

Dr. Dando is a Diplomat of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also certified by the American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). In addition, Dr. Dando is certified by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS). He is one of the few physicians in the country to hold all these credentials.
