About the opportunity:
Assist the accounting department with various tasks including but not limited to journal entries, accounts payable data entry, and other special projects.
What you will do:
- Assist in preparing and posting journal entries for month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks related to accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date and properly recorded.
- Support the completion of the escheatment process, including preparing necessary documentation for state compliance.
- Participate in various financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives, providing assistance where needed.
- Attend department meetings.
- Models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be HIPAA compliant.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
Hourly Pay:
