Advanced Practice Practitioner, Allergy PRN

1. Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services in conjunction with busy physician team.
2. Take medical histories, examine, and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays, refill medications, make
diagnoses/differential diagnoses
3. Treat minor injuries, lacerations, musculoskeletal injuries.
4. Prescribe appropriate medications.
5. Keep and maintain accurate, timely, and proper medical and business records to allow the hospital to bill and collect for services.
6. Performs non-patient facing work duties, including but not limited to, patient messages, eRx, document review, lab results
management and other remote patient facing needs as directed by and in conjunction with the Physicians.
7. Role models the principals of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in related area preferred.
- License and certifications per the employee's contract. With credentialing by the Medical Staff Office.

- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per year.
