About the opportunity:
Responsible for oversight of clinic operations and supervision of clinical support staff in various roles throughout the organization as assigned. Assists director(s) to design and implement business strategies to help the clinics meet organizational goals.
What you will do:
- Oversees clinical staff in respective departments.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, establishing goals, scheduling, and managing clinical staff performance.
- Ensures clinical staff follows departmental policies and procedures, objectives, OSHA Rules and Regulations, HIPAA practices, and environmental and infection control standards.
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
- Develop, implement, and educate on new and existing policies.
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.
- Perform annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.
- Coordinates clinical staff schedule according to location and business demand.
- Receives, investigates, and resolves complaints.
- Meets with staff regularly to review and address clinical protocols and facilitate concern/problem resolution.
- Maintains medical supplies by conducting inventory, ordering/receiving/distributing supplies accordingly or directing these activities.
- Ensures medical equipment is in good working order/condition and coordinates repair/replacement as needed with Service Line Director.
- Ensures cleanliness, adequate stock of supplies and functioning equipment in examination rooms.
- Assists clinical staff and providers as needed.
- Participates in staff meetings, providing updates as applicable.
- Participates in leadership development trainings as assigned by Service Line Director.
- Role models the principals of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need:
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in leadership roles is required.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry and industry-related trends and forecasts.
- Ability to travel to all clinics required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations required.
License(s):
One of the following is required at the time of hire or must be able to obtain within 6 months of employment:
- Medical Assistant:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by American Medical Technologist (AMT)
- National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) by the National Center for Competency Testing
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcare Association
- Medical Assistant Certification (MAC) by the American Medical Certification Association
- Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant by the National Association for Health Professionals
- State of Colorado Emergency Medical Technician license
- State of Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse or valid compact state license
- State of Colorado Certified Nurse Aide license
- State of Colorado Registered Nurse or valid compact state license
Certification(s):
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire or must be able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
Computer / Typing:
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
Hourly Pay:
$60,694.40—$99,694.40 USD
