Dr. Jinnah Phillips is a board certified radiologist specializing in women's imaging. She is a graduate of the University Of Utah School Of Medicine, where she was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), where she held the position of chief resident during her junior year. Dr. Phillips remained in Pittsburgh, and continued her training at UPMC Magee Women's Hospital, where she earned her fellowship in women's imaging. She is certified in the interpretation of digital 2D and 3D (tomosynthesis) mammography.

Dr. Phillips is very active in the radiology community, holding leadership positions such as editor and section chair for the ACR Breast Imaging e-Learning Subcommittee, director of breast imaging at Jefferson Radiology in Hartford, CT, section chief for breast imaging at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT and board member: partnership for breast care at Hartford Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Phillips has been integral in several research projects and publications, as well as having involvement in many speaking engagements and consultations. Her tireless efforts gave her recognition as a "Best Doctor"€ by Hartford Magazine for three years in a row.

When Dr. Phillips isn't working, she enjoys gardening, cooking, wine tasting, running, biking, snow sports, reading or traveling.
