Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
HRT is the use of hormones to restore levels that decline with age or health changes, helping improve energy, mood, sleep, libido, and overall well-being.
Adults between the ages of 40-65 experiencing fatigue, low libido, mood changes, weight gain, or other symptoms of hormonal imbalance may benefit. Lab testing helps guide safe, personalized treatment.
We primarily use bioidentical hormones, compounds chemically identical to the ones your body produces naturally.
Depending on your needs, hormones may be provided as creams, patches, injections, or capsules.
After the initial consultation, most patients are seen every three months for the first year and then every 3–6 months after that for monitoring, lab review, and prescription adjustments.
Most patients notice improvement in 4–8 weeks, though optimal balance may take several months.
You can discontinue therapy at any time. Our provider will guide you through a safe tapering plan if needed.
