Clinical Site Supervisor

About the opportunity:
The Clinical Site Supervisor directs clinical support staff’s daily responsibilities. They ensure clinical workflows are streamlined, providers are adequately supported, and staff are apprised of changes in a dynamic health care workplace. Additionally, they assist with patient care, maintaining patient records and completing administrative duties that assist in the management of patient care.
 
What you will do:

  1. Ensures clinical staff follows departmental policies and procedures, objectives, OSHA Rules and Regulations, HIPAA practices, and environmental and infection control standards.
  2. Coordinates daily clinical staff schedule according to location, business demand and available staff.
  3. Assists the training team with new hire and ongoing education.
  4. Receives, investigates, and resolves complaints.
  5. Meets with staff regularly to review and address clinical protocols and facilitate concern/problem resolution.
  6. Facilitates daily workflow, reassigning and directing staff as needed.
  7. Conducts daily morning huddles and as needed throughout day.
  8. Maintains medical supplies by conducting inventory, ordering/receiving/distributing supplies accordingly or directing these activities.
  9. Ensures medical equipment is in good working order/condition and coordinates repair/replacement as needed.
  10. Ensures cleanliness, adequate stock of supplies and functioning equipment in examination rooms.
  11. Assists clinical staff and providers as needed.
  12. Participates in staff meetings, providing updates as applicable.
  13. Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
  14. Completes other/tasks and duties as assigned.

What you will need:
 
Experience:
  • Three years clinical experience required. One-year related leadership experience preferred.
License(s):
  • Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, OR certified in the state of Colorado as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensing/certification required.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse or Register Nurse licensing/certification preferred.
Certification(s):
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Computer / Typing:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. UKG familiarity preferred. Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete the online learning requirement for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.

Hourly Pay:
$31.20$46.80 USD
