What's Included?

  • 7 nights at Surf Synergy in the newly built villa.
  • Individually tailored programming.
  • Daily longevity and educational workshops from world-renowned experts.
  • Gourmet, nutritious meals with the freshest ingredients, all locally sourced or from Surf Synergy gardens. 
  • All activities, including:
    • One-on-one surf or stand-up paddle board (SUP) instruction for all levels
    • Bodywork including your choice of massage, acupuncture and reflexology 
    • Daily yoga, pilates, mobility and recovery workshops, sauna, cold plunge, fitness, outdoor adventures and more.
  • Airport transfers to and from San Jose International Airport.

Lodging & Amenities

Guests stay in the newly built villa at Surf Synergy. The property features; two onsite pools, outdoor yoga studio, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, guest laundry and multiple lounging areas for relaxation.
